By Kelsey Litchfield, Host of the Ag Comm Network Podcast
Think back to when you first joined Facebook or maybe another social media channel. Back in 2009, I begged for my mother to allow me to have a Facebook page as no one was on MySpace anymore. All the cool kids were over on Facebook. If you would have told me back then that I would be creating a live video on the platform in 2018, I probably would have laughed in your face.
But, seriously! Who knew technology would have come so far in this short amount of time where you could basically have your own live television show. That’s what we are talking about on this episode of the Ag Comm Network podcast.
Tim Hammerich of AgGrad joins me and he takes us through how he started his own live stream called AgGrad Live. We discuss what software to use, how to find guests, how to get over the anxiety of producing a live show, and so. much. more. This information is gold, people! And here’s the kicker, we talked about going live while on a live video. Technology is fascinating (at least when it works…).
Make sure to listen to the whole episode as Tim has some exciting news about AgGrad’s latest project that launches next week!
As always, feel free to send us topic and guest suggestions. I’m currently planning for 2019 and the calendar is open! You can email me at [email protected].
