Young professionals are savvy about technology and like knowing the best places to maximize their time and money. Young professionals are looking to seamlessly connect their work and personal lives by being as efficient as possible with work time and maximizing their time at home.

Here are some links that fellow young professionals endorse as their favorites to help them get the job done. All of them are free and easy to use:

SmugMug—This image storage and sale platform offers unlimited storage in public or private galleries. It allows instant image delivery upon ordering and offers third party printing from professional labs. It also provides multiple templates so you can customize your own site.

HubSpot Academy—This platform offers free training opportunities on various marketing and sales topics. Access content in lessons, courses, certifications or even live trainings in a variety of subjects, such as content creation, capturing leads, CRM, user experience and more.

Canva—Creating info graphics and other graphic design elements is done easily and free, using Canva’s drag and drop layouts. The platform provides templates for everything from business cards and logos to presentations and flyers.

Google Analytics Academy—Great place to learn about how Google’s measurement tools to help with SEO, data collection and analysis for free. You can also take training based on your level of experience using Google Analytics—information is available even for upper level users.

Toggl—This time tracking website makes this necessary, but painful, task a little less agonizing. It integrates with other services, such as spreadsheets, project management applications or calendars and connects activity to profitability. Young professionals are all about inter connectivity, efficiency and productivity, so finding tools that combine all of those qualities is the name of the game. However, professionals from every generation will find these tools to be helpful in accomplishing their day to day work.
