Judges Needed for the ACT Critique & Contest
By Dr. Kelsey Hall, Executive Adviser National ACT
Greetings,
The National Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow is seeking judges for the annual Critique and Contest. We have more than 500 entries from universities across the country. This contest allows our student members the opportunity to have their work analyzed by professionals and judged against members across the nation. Categories include writing, publications, electronic media, photography, design & layout, and public relations.
We have a rubric for each category to help with scoring the entries, and judges would be assigned entries through Submittable, a submission management system for publications and contests. Each judge would get an email with the entries assigned to him/her. You can learn more about the contest on our website: https://nactnow.org/critique-contest/.
Timeline for Judging Entries: We expect to assign judges starting on June 28. We allow 3 weeks for judging, with feedback requested by no later than July 20.
