Today’s workplace is more complicated than ever before, boasting an unprecedented four generations working side by side, simultaneously. With so many different perspectives in the office, tension is bound to occur. So why not tackle tension head on and find some solutions?
AMS is pleased to offer a panel where attendees will hear from representatives of multiple generations about what challenges surface in the office and within the industry. Where are they coming from, and how do different organizations and generations handle those situations?
The panel of four ag industry experts will share ideas about how different generations can effectively work together. Participants are encouraged to come with not only questions, but also solutions to share with others in the session so everyone can exchange thoughts.
Ag media “veterans” Steve Drake of SCD Group; and Cindy Cunningham, assistant vice president with National Pork Board; will share perspectives with newer-to-the-industry pros Jessie Scott, Successful Farming digital content editor and Nicole Lane Erceg, Ranch House Designs digital marketing director. This session will be held on July 24 from 2:45-4 p.m.
