ACN Constitution Updates

By VJ Mayor, Assistant Executive Director

The board of the Agricultural Communicators Network (ACN) has made some suggested changes to the ACN Constitution.

It is a requirement that these changes be voted on by members. These changes must be provided to members no less than 30 days prior to the date of the meeting. Please consider this the member notice of the proposed changes below.

The ACN Business Meeting will be held at 1:45 PM on Tuesday, August 1 at the Renaissance Palm Springs in Palm Springs, CA. A vote will be held at that time on these changes, which are noted below.

Below, you’ll find the highlights of each suggested change. The full ACN Constitution with detailed markup can be found here.

If you have questions or comments about these changes, please don’t hesitate to call or email VJ Mayor, CAE, ACN Assistant Executive Director (706-407-2550,  [email protected]) or ACN President Bill Spiegel, [email protected].
