
Katie Knapp and Jason Jenkins came back from the IFAJ Congress with extra souvenirs.
Knapp, a freelance member at The Ag Photographer, won the IFAJ Star Prize for Technology for the Photo “Checking Pivots”, which appeared in The Furrow. The photo, pictured, received second place overall in the overall Photography competition.
Jason Jenkins of Progressive Farmer received runner-up recognition in the Technology category for “Hybrid How-To.” Jenkins also received a runner-up Star Prize for Photography for “Transitioning Beltex flock from commercial to pedigree.”
The prizes were awarded October 18 at the World Congress in Nairobi, Kenya. The 2026 IFAJ World Congreess takes place in Osijek, Croatia in September.
