2025 IFAJ Congress in Kenya

  • Thirteen individuals applied for PIF funding to help cover expenses to attend the IFAJ Congress. Eight $1,500 travel stipends were awarded: Andy Castillo-Farm Progress, Bill Spiegel-Freelance, Jake Zajkowski-Freelance, Jordan Reynolds-Successful Farming, Megan Silveira-Angus Journal, Wyatt Bechtel-Broadhead, Chelsea Dinterman-Successful Farming (as Young Leader nominee), and Katie Knapp-Freelance (as committee chair).
  • The executive committee will recommend a new name for the organization, and the delegate assembly will vote. Contact Katie or Steve Werblow with questions or if you’d like to be one of ACN’s delegates. 
  • More than 60 entries were submitted by ACN members for the Star Prize awards program. Winners will be announced during the Congress banquet.
