We are so excited to see everyone at AMS in Kansas City in just a few days. Here’s an update on prevention measures for COVID-19.
The city does have a mask mandate effective Monday, August 2, 2021 until August 28, 2021 that requires everyone in KC to wear a mask indoors, regardless of vaccination status.
Prior to the Mask Mandate Going into Effect (Through Sunday, August 1, 2021)
The Loews Hotel requests the following:
- All unvaccinated guests continue wearing masks
- ALL guests wear masks in the elevator
After the Mask Mandate Goes into Effect (Beginning Monday, August 2, 2021)
- ALL guests must wear masks in the public foyer areas outside the meeting spaces, while in restrooms, and when in all other public areas.
- Masks are at the discretion of the attendee in meeting rooms, as meeting rooms are considered private space.
